You guessed it! The picture on the cover of The Mischief of the Mistletoe, “A Summer Rose” by Francois Martin-Kavel, made its Pink Carnation debut in fall of 2006 with the paperback edition of The Masque of the Black Tulip. She looks quite different with the her head intact, doesn’t she?
