Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Here’s hoping that 2014 will bring only good things.

There’s so much I’m looking forward to this year: the release of That Summer and The Mark of the Midnight Manzanilla in the summer; working on my new 1920’s stand alone novel this spring, and, gulp!, Jane’s book in the fall; trips to New Orleans and San Antonio for book events; new books to read… and, of course, all of the other twists and turns, good and bad, that I can’t even begin to anticipate yet. As with a good novel, there’s always some up and some down in any year. But right now it’s all shiny and new and full of promise, and the not knowing is half the fun.

What are your goals for 2014?

I’d like to wish you, Lauren, and all my fellow willig-maniacs, the best of years, filled with joy, and achievments. May the fairies make your life sweet and easy!

My goal is to get a Certification that will enable me to GET A GOOD JOB!!! (Right now the jobs that I can get are sucky!)

Goodness, that sounds like a lot! I can’t wait to read them all!

2014 is a big year for me, in that I graduate from college in May and (fingers crossed) find a job. It’ll be an adventure, that’s for sure.

Happy New Year to you and your family, Lauren. In addition to your busy schedule, I know you will have many wonderful moments with your little one.

Thank you for your wonderful books, which just don’t come fast enough, and this wonderful website where I can learn so much!

We thought this year would never come but my wife and I are retiring from our full-time work professions.

We hope to find time to invest more time in our six grandchildren and do a little more traveling.

Now that you are a Mama, life will never be boring, if it ever was for you!

We love your website and how much time you pour into your adoring fans! It reaps dividends….
