I did mention that I had some surprises to unveil this week, right? Here’s Surprise #1:
The Pink for Pink Store!
Coming soon to a Cafe Press near you, we’ll have Pink mugs, totes, coffee carriers, T-shirts, and whatever else they let me play with.
A large impetus behind this is the sheer fun of getting to play with Pink designs. (I’m thinking Miss Gwen quotes on coffee mugs, here….) But there is an ulterior motive. All proceeds from the Pink shop (10% of the purchase price) will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The Pink shop is still under construction but I’m hoping to get it up and running by Friday, October 1, in time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we can all shop Pink for Pink!

Will all the designs be available? Even though mine didn’t win, it’s still my favorite! And I’d be happy to re-design it for each book, in appropriate colors.

I would TOTALLY like to donate my design to the shop. I loved mine. When I get my next paycheck I’m going to order my shirt. I would love to have a collection of shirts. =) That may be a goal. Fill my closet with Pink Carnation goodies from the Pink Store.

That’s awesome Lauren! As someone who’s mom and grandmother both had breast cancer I really appreciate the proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I definitely will be buying some Pink gear
