All Spiffed Up!

In the fine tradition of buying new clothes for the school year, the website has just had a long overdue back-to-school makeover. Check out the new, spiffed up home page! Among other things, you can now click on the top of the page and automatically go back to the home page from wherever else you are on the site.

It occurred to me earlier this evening, as I was trying to remember how long ago the web site had been put up, that this February will mark the fifth anniversary of the Pink books. Yep. Five full years since The Secret History of the Pink Carnation hit the bookshelves. Half a decade. One thousand, eight hundred and twenty five days. (Pink has now lasted longer than Anne Boleyn’s reign. Madness).

You get the idea.

Clearly, there will have to be some sort of major anniversary celebration here on the website in February, involving reminiscences, give-aways, and bonus reads…. Stay tuned!

  4. Congrats! I remember when the first book came out, found it completely at random, and read it only because of the pretty picture and the intriguing title. I actually thought it was a history of carnations at first since the bookstore put the book with other gardening books!
