Lady Jane’s Salon

For those in the New York area, Lady Jane’s Salon, New York’s only romance reading series, will be convening tomorrow, June 1st, at Madame X on West Houston Street. Diane Gaston, Marjorie M. Liu, Amanda McCabe and Wendy Corsi Staub will be reading from their latest releases. The price of admission is five dollars or one gently used paperback romance novel. As always, all proceeds go to Share the Love, an organization that provides novels to women in shelters and halfway houses. Come have a drink, chat with fellow romance devotees, and help share the love!

WHEN: Monday, June 1st. 7:00 - 10:00 pm.

WHERE: Madame X, 94 Houston Street (btw LaGuardia and Thompson Streets), New York, NY 10012, 212.539.0808. Nearest subways: F,V,B,D at Lafayette, N, R at Prince Street.

ADMISSION is $5.00 or one gently used romance novel. Cash bar. Proceeds to benefit Share The Love a nonprofit organization that provides gently used romance novels to groups helping women in transition, such as homeless or domestic violence shelters. Why? Because everyone deserves the pleasure of a good story and a happy ending.
